The manufacturing setup houses the most advanced packaging technologies with forced draft ventilation systems and 'Good manufacturing practices' in place. The plant is located in Food Park Rai, Haryana. The following manufacturing process is constituted in the plant:

PRINTING	1) Two Eight color high speed automatic rotogravure printing lines.
	2) The machines are fully loaded with web-guides, auto register controls, viscosity controls etc for high precision printing output.
INSPECTION/ REWINDING	High Speed web inspection rewinding machines with web guides and on line stroboscopes to segregate any distorted printed materials.
LAMINATION	1) One high speed dry laminator.
	2) Two solvent less laminators.
	3) Mastered the art of special lamination of shampoo, rice and oil film
	4) Omniplast is capable of handling high-grade lamination products for heavy cement pouches, citric acids, Turmeric powder, pickles, juices, ketchup and liquid detergents
	5) Extrusion Lamination for high barrier and specialized laminates
SLITTING	1) Six top of the line slitting machines
	2) Precise winding tension control system
	3) Suitable for film, papers and laminates
DOCTORING	Inspection/ Rewinding machine that is used to rectify any segregated slitted rolls which requires re-jointing/ flush winding.
POUCHING	1) For supplies of center seal, three side seal & gusseted pouches.
	2) Our specialty - Bottom Gusset Pouches - with/ without zipper.
	3) Stand Up Pouches, Rice Bags etc
	4) Tailor made carry bags largely used for brand promotion/ advertisement purposes
